Klaas Zijlstra Metaalbewerking is an innovative business for machine building, constructions, transport technology, sheet-metal working and environmental engineering. We sell a customised total package, from design and engineering to execution, assembly and maintenance.

With our expert members of staff, a no-nonsense culture and short lines of communication, we are a company that our customers can count on. We don't just say we focus on service: thinking along with the customer is the rule, not exception! We stock an average of 200 tons of iron, enabling us to supply our customers fast.

Satisfactory solutions

Klaas Zijlstra Metaalbewerking started in 1990 as a repair and assembly business for the agricultural sector and the industry. Over the years, the company has developed into a large business with a range of specialisations. We translate our customers' wishes into satisfactory solutions, both for partial instructions and turnkey delivery of projects.

3,600 m2 of working space

Our company has a well-equipped working area of 3,600 m² and 750 m² of storage space. Every hall has 2 bridge cranes. We are also fully equipped for on-location projects.

Assembly and maintenance

We have a well-balanced fleet for maintenance and assembly work. As we have our own trucks, telescopic cranes and forklift trucks, we are fully self-supporting.

Engineering

In the field of engineering we deliver tailor-made work, from design and production drawings to entire design projects. Our sphere of activity is comprehensive and extensive: single production drawings, turnkey projects, operating and maintenance documentation, CE certification and strength analyses. Our experienced and skilled members of staff use Autocad, Autodesk Inventor 2008 (3D) and the Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
